Mumbai: InCorp Advisory, an Ascentium Company and a leading corporate services provider in India, has announced the acquisition of Ken & Co., a niche Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) consulting firm.

This strategic move strengthens InCorp Advisory’s cyber risk, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management portfolio, reinforcing its position as a trusted advisor in digital risk management for global and domestic clients.

The acquisition is aimed at deepening InCorp Advisory’s capabilities in cybersecurity, IT audit, data privacy (GDPR and DPDP Act), regulatory compliance (CSCRF), SOC reporting, cross-border cybersecurity assessments, and penetration testing. It is a timely step in response to increasing digital threats and compliance challenges faced by modern businesses.
